The User's Guide to Scheduling in CEE Region - updated 9.11.2010
This document is for public consultation and provides description of scheduling processes and scheduling IT system’s requirements to be implemented by electricity trading companies in CEE region. The processes and changes refer to the implementation of flow based capacity allocation, introducing bidding and nomination also between non-neighbouring transmission system operators.
In addition to the Users' Guide, CAO publishes detailed scheduling specifications on behalf of individual CEE TSO's:

Sample of Capacity Rights Document
The main document for traders is the document with auction results, so called Capacity Rights Document (CRD). It will be used with the new scheduling system, regardless allocation performer - CAO or current auction offices.
Enclosed is a sample of CRD for a trading company with artificially generated data:

Samples of new document formats within the nomination process
Within this chapter traders shall find enclosed concrete samples of the documents within the nomination process. Based on published format of the CRD, trader may be able to prepare the file for the nomination, so called Trade Party Schedule (TPS).
As a response to TPS positive or negative Acknowledgement Report is generated by TSOs scheduling system, followed either by confirmation or by anomaly report.

Publication of the final version of EDI standards (Technical Standards WIRE ver. 11.0) for Market Participants in Poland.
PSE Operator informs that Technical Standards WIRE ver. 11.0 and the procedure for amending the technical standards system WIRE ver. 11.0. were published on PSE Operator website: www.pse-operator.pl/index.php?dzid=14&did=770. Version 11.0 includes changes to the standards for the implementation of new rules for nomination and matching of cross border schedules.
