Customer Advisory Committee

Customer Advisory Committee (hereinafter CAC) is established by CAO as a stable platform of direct communication between CAO and market participants’ representatives with the aim to share experiences from the market when developing the congestion management process in CEE.

Focus of CAC:

  • Discussion on planned development of the congestion management process
  • Discussion on market participants proposals
  • Support of IT changes specifications
