Customer Advisory Committee (hereinafter CAC) is established by CAO as a stable platform of direct communication between CAO and market participants’ representatives with the aim to share experiences from the market when developing the congestion management process in CEE.

Focus of CAC:

• Discussion on planned development of the congestion management process

-       new services and products and their specification

-       IT changes

-       feedback collection

• Discussion on market participants proposals

-       additional services expected by market and improvements

• Support of IT changes specifications

-       IT experts to be involved

Composition of the CAO Customer Advisory Committee:

• EFET members (4 representatives are invited to participate in an individual meeting)
• Non-EFET members (2 places have been offered to active participants of the dry-runs organized by CAO in 2009)
• CEE TSOs (1 representative)
• Regulatory representative or other experts might be invited ad-hoc
